​Our "Room Makeover" service is designed to help our clients completely transform a single room.
We start by getting to know our clients through a detailed client profile, where we learn about their style preferences, needs, and vision for the space. Based on this, we create a personalized Design Concept, a written document outlining our creative direction. From there, we present two design options, each tailored to reflect the client’s taste and lifestyle, ensuring a fresh, functional, and stylish new room that feels uniquely theirs.​
Our rate is $150 per hour.
Steps & Deliverables

Initial Meeting
​When meeting with a client for the first time, we typically discuss a range of topics to help us understand their vision and preferences. Some key points include:

Lifestyle and Needs: How they use the space, who lives there, and any specific requirements, such as storage, entertaining, or family needs.

Style Preferences: The design styles they like, whether it's contemporary, mid-century, minimalist, etc., and any inspiration from photos or past projects.

Budget: The overall budget for the project and priorities for where they'd like to allocate funds.

Timeline: Expected deadlines or any time constraints.

Existing Furniture or Decor: What pieces they want to keep or integrate into the new design.

Color and Materials: Preferences for color schemes, textures, and materials.

Design Concept
Once we have the Client Profile, we start working on the Design Concept. The Design Concept serves as a foundation and reference point for the project, ensuring both the client and designers are aligned before diving into the actual design work. It's meant to be flexible and can be adjusted based on feedback before moving forward with the detailed designs.

TWO Proposed Designs
As part of our "Room Makeover" service, we will propose two suggested designs for your space, each offering a unique approach to meet your needs and style preferences. For each design, we will provide the following deliverables:

Mood Board: A visual collection of colors, materials, textures, and design elements to capture the overall aesthetic and mood of the design.

Floor Plan: A detailed layout showing the arrangement of furniture and functional zones to optimize space and flow.

Renderings of the Main Elevations: High-quality 3D renderings or drawings of the key walls and perspectives, giving you a clear visual of how the design will look in the room.

Detailed List of Items with Prices: A comprehensive list of furniture, decor, and materials suggested for the design, including their associated costs, to help guide your decisions and fit within your budget
These deliverables will give you a clear vision of each proposed design, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your style, needs, and budget.
